Huron Generator Pros ("we," "us," or "our"): we built this website to make requesting home comfort services simple, and that starts with being clear about your data. The sections below outline what personal information this site collects, why we collect it, how it is protected, and the choices available to you.
What This Site Collects
When you request a quote, we receive the details you enter, including your name, phone number, email, service address or location, and a description of the work. If you email or call us, we also receive the details you share in that message or call.
Ways Your Information Is Used
Everything you share serves a practical purpose connected to your request. A phone number lets us call you back, an email carries your quote and appointment confirmation, and the service address tells our technicians where to go. Beyond delivering and scheduling the work, your information stays idle rather than being put to other uses.
Keeping Your Information Secure
Good stewardship of your information guides our practices. Only employees and service partners with a direct role in serving you may see your details, storage is protected by safeguards suited to its sensitivity, and outdated records are purged on a regular schedule. We do not sell, share for marketing, or trade the information you entrust to us.
Cookies and Site Functionality
We do not use cookies to measure site visits. Services that deliver or protect the website may use necessary cookies or browser storage in some circumstances. You can manage these through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect site functions.
Search Console and Your Privacy
Google Search Console tells us how often our pages appear in Google Search and receive clicks. It also reports indexing issues. We use those summaries to maintain the site; we do not run visitor analytics on the pages themselves.
Your Choices
Access, correction, and deletion are rights you can exercise without fuss. A note to the address below is all it takes for us to show you the personal information on file, amend anything that needs amending, or close out your record. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any point.
Contact Us
Privacy matters deserve a direct answer, not a runaround, so we keep this part simple. Send your questions, access requests, or feedback about how your information is handled to the address that follows, and we will take it from there:
